That guitar is an invention of us.
There are flattops and there are archtops. What will happen when bowing a flattop and drive it like an archtop? Et voilà: The BOWtop Guitar!

It’s driven like an archtop, but top and back are not carved, they are bowed. Like that you get the ultra-fast response of an archtop guitar, but with a different tonal spectrum. A guitar with a new sound, a completely new guitar construction and a new look! Isn’t it that what builders drive… the search of a new sound, exploring new directions, breaking the rules? At least that drives us..:-)

Initially designed as a amplified guitar it sounds also acoustically very pleasant. It has a own voice and it is especially nice together with other guitars. Amplified its just unbelievable. You will hear it.
A Pagelli first is also the service friendly attachment of the pickup/volume and tone devise at the neck. Just pull out the device if there is ever a need to change the potentiometers.
The bridge is in best d’Angelico/d’Aquisto tradition adjustable and the strings are running over a silver wire. That wire can be adjusted for perfect intonation.

That guitar features also for the first time our new logo, a «C» facing another «C»… standing for the two C‘s of Claudia and Claudio.

We had great reactions on the new BOWtop. Of course, first on the overall design, since this is the first thing you see. Then on the new concept and sound. And when we demonstrated the pick up and the attachment… just «WOW’s».
