The philosophy
As the majority of the instruments are original designs specifically crafted after the customers
wishes, customer satisfaction has priority. The original idea, if provided by the customer, has to
appeal to us as well. It would be virtually impossible to work for several months on a piece that
we disapprove of.

We endeavour to work closely with our customers to be able to create a made-to-measure instru-
ment. A unique instrument, in a quality close to perfection. According to our philosophy, 100%
percent perfection is boring and lifeless. Therefore we deliberately leave an imperfection on every
instrument although on the finished instrument, we usually look for it in vain. Imperfections yes.
Bad workmanship, a definite NO. Therefore no missing supporting struts, damp wood, unwrapped
pick-up und suchlike.

Of course you can also choose an instrument from our range of models. Those are the models
that were not created for client, but ideas, that were created on our «free time». For example
«Jazzability» and «Rockability» or the «golden fretless bass».

One to one copies from Strats, les Pauls etc. are not on. But apart from that we are open to almost
everything. It goes without saying that we only use the best, stored timbers and only premium
materials. Occasionally we take the liberty of using unusual second-hand materials for the usual
parts.
